Character Creation

From right now on, unless it's to create a professor, since they are much needed, there will be no more characters created by members that already have more than five characters until the board roleplay activity increases. No exceptions, no tolerance for people that break this temporary rule, I don't care who you are. This is getting ridiculous. Anyone with under five characters can continue creating until they breach that limit or this is forfeited.
